J U D G M E N T
THTS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Stipulation
filed jointly be the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, ARVADA B. JONES,
~ for the entry of a Judgment, and it appearing to the Court that the
I
~ parties were authorized to enter into such a Stipulation and consent
to entry of a Judgment.based thereon, and the Court being fully ~
advised on the premises;
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, ARVADA B. JONES, does have and recovers
from the Plaintiffs the sum of $1,000.00 in full payment for the
property taken and any resulting damage to contiguous property.
2. That the Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and directed
to pay from the funds in the Registry of the Court the sum of $1,000.00
~ to ARVADA B. JONES.

3. That upon payment of the aforesaid sum by the Clerk of this

Court, title to the following described property, to-wit:
