and that part of the North half of Lot 4, Block
1 lying westerly of Morth 2nd St:eet, all of
Dittmars' Addition to Edgartown, according to the
. plat as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 161, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Section
3, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, said parts being
more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of the north half of said
Lot 3, thence southeasterly along the west line of said
?~ot 3 a distance of 56.64 feet, thence S 89°58'S8" E
a distance of 79.61 feet, thence N 62°29'13" W a distance
of 113.~1 feet to the Point of Begirining; .
Cnntaining 2,090 square feet more or less
Also: ~
Commence at the northwest corner of the north half of said
Lot 3, thence southeasterly along the west line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 56.64 feet, thence S 89°58'S8" E
a distance of 212.40 feet to the Point of Beginning, said
point being at tYle beginning of a curve concave northerly,
thence easterly along said curve having a central angle
of 27°27'30" and a radius of 1855.86 feet, an arc distance
of 42.65 feet through an angle of O1°19'10", thence
N 35°32'16" E a distance of 23.66 feet to a point on the
west right of way line of North 2nd Street, thence southerly
along the west line of said North 2nd Street a distance of
21.3 feet to the sou~h line of the north half of said Lot
4, thence N 89°58'S8" W along the south line of the north
half of said Lot 4 a distance of 64.45 feet to the Point of
Beginning;
Containing 225 square feet more or less.
