WHEREAS, JOHN P. WETMORE, JR. and MARY E. WETMORE. his wife,
are now the holders of a First Mortgage on Lot 13. Block 24, of PINEWOOD
SUBDIVISION, in the City of Fort Pierce. Florida, according to a piat .
thereof recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 24 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, which mortgage has been duly recorded in Mortgage Book
169 at Page 65? of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
WHEREAS, RAY R. WETMORE and JULLA O. WETMORE, his wife, the
~ owners of the above described real property have executed a mortgage in
favor of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, bearing
date the 20th. day of June, 1973, in the amount of $10,400. 00 (Ten Thousand
Four Hundred and No/ 100) encumbering the afore-described property, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the aforesaid mortgage of the Sun Bank of
St. Lucie County, recorded in O. R. Book 216 at Page 808 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida be a First M~ tgage,
THEREFORE, JOHN P. WETMORE, JR, and MARY E. WETMORE, his wife,
for and in co~sideration of the sum of $10. 00, in hand to them paid, and other
valuable considerations, hereby agree that the lien and operation of the First
Mortgage which they hold mentioned above is now by virtue of this agreement
subordinated to the lien and operation of the mortgage mentioned above now
held by the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, the effect of this agreement being
to make the mortgage held by JOHN P. WETMORE, JR, and MARY E. WETMORE,
a second mortgage on said property and the mortgage mentioned above hetd~
~ by Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, a first mortgage on said pro~erty.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, JOHN P. WETMORE, JR. and MARY E. WETMORE, have
