HYATT, Wife ) ) This cause came on for trial the /S z~~ day of G(~',f , J 1973 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is~rretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RALPH F. HYATT and MARY L. HYATT be and the same is'hereby, dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the riizor children of the parties is hereby awarded to Petitioner, I~ARY L. HYATT, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, RALPH,F. HYATT. ; 3. PROPERTY. The Stipulation between the parties, intro- ~ ~ duced in evidence and marked Petitioner's~Exhibit 1, was executed E - i voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of ~ ~ i the parties and is approved and incorporated in this judgment by i ~ reference and the parties are ordered to comply with it. ' 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. The parties hereto are each hereby ~ ` enjoined and restrained from molesting, annoying or harassing the other. S. FEES AND COSTS. Each party shall bear his or her Attorney's fees, together with such costs as may have been incurred by that party. ; 6. ,1URISDICTION.
