FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause.came on for trial the 15th day of August, 1973
and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the r~lation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the ma~tiage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED As Follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RENNETH RAYMOND
O'8RI~1 and BOBBIE LEE O'BIRIEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOSEPH WILLIAM O'BRIEN, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to BOBBIE LEE O'BRIEN.
3. VISITATION. Reasonable visitation rights are hereby reserved
to KENNETH RAYMOND O'BRIEN. '

, 4. SUPPORT. Commencing the 17th day of August, 1973, KENNETH
~
RAYMOND O'BRIEN shall pay to BOBBIE LEE O'BRIEN the sum of $20.00
each and every week, for the support of the child named above. j

Each payment shaZl be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~

him remitted promptly to BOBBIE LEE O'BRIEN. In addition there is `

hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each 3

payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money

order or cashier's check. Both oE the parties are ordered to keep the ~
