ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
JACR S. MEAD, JR., dob: Sept. 5, 1965; PAUL MEAD, dob:
June 28. 1960; JOHN ROBERT MEAD, dob: December 23, 1961

for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
