this Note plus the principal indebtedness of
that certain note secured by that certain mort-
gaqe recorded in Official Records Book 95,
paqe 137, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, is reduced to an amount which is the
equivalent of less than Seven Hundred Fifty ;
Dollars ($750.00) per acre as to the land then i
~ encumbered by the mortgage securing this Note i
and in the event of default under this Note,
the Payee agrees that it will look to said land
as security for the repayment_ of the indebtedness ~
hereof and will not seek or obtain a deficiency ~ i
judgment or decree against Kay Two Grove, Limited,
_ or any partner, general or limited, thereof."
3. The last sentence in the second paragraph on page 1 of
Note #2 which reads as follows:

prepayment privilege granted under the note
secured by that certain mortgage given by
Waqner Groves, Inc. to Florida National Bank .
at Orlando, recorded in Official Records Book - ~

County, Florida, has been fully exercised."
is changed and amended to read as follows:
"This prepayment provision sha12 not be
operative unless and until such`time as ~
the prepayment privilege granted under
the note secured by that certain mortgage ~
given by Burton Smith Groves, Inc. to the ~
First National Bank at Orlando, recorded
in Official Records Book 95, page 137,
Public Records of 3t. Lucie County,
Florida, has been fully exercised."
~ 4. All other terms and provisions of Note ~2 shall remain
~ the same.
