this Note plus the principal indebtedness of
that certain note secured by that certain mort-
gage recorded in Official Records Book 94,
page 556, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, is reduced to an amount which is the
equivalent of less than Seven Hundred Fifty . -
Dollars ($750.00) per acre as to the land then
encumbered by the mortqage securinq this Note
and in the event of default under this Note,
the Payee agrees that it will look to said land
as security for the repayment of the indebtedness }
hereof and will not seek or obtain a deficiency '
judgment or decree against Kay Two Grove, Limited,
- . or any partner, general or limited, thereof."
T- 3. All other te~ms and provisions of Note #2 shall remain
the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these
