finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and '
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now
exists between t;~e parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT TUCHOLSKI, ;

from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ;

2. CUSTODY: Custody of.Robert Thomas Tucholski, age 3 years,
Lisa Marie Tucholski, aqe 2 years, and Michelle Lynn Tucholski, age 1

year, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Donna Cheatham ~
Tucholski with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Robert Tucholski.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 17th day of Augnst, 1973, Robert =

Tucholski shall pay to Donna Cheatham Tucholski the sum of $60.00 per '

week for the support of the children named above. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
remitted promptly to Donna Cheatham Tucholski. Tn addition there is
