FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard upon verified petition
fbr adoption filed in this cause, and it appearing to the Court that
the Division-of Family Services has been notified of the hearing
held this date in connection with said petition of adQgtion-, and it

further appearing to the Court that constructive service was obtained ~
upon the natural father of the children who constitute the subject
matter of this adoption, and it further appearing to the Court that
the natural mother has joined in the petition for adoption, and it
appears t~ the Court that the Petitioners are fit and ~roper persons_
to adopt the minor children sought to be adopted and that the best
interests of the children will be promoted by the adoption and that
the children are suitable for adoption by the step-father, MICHAEL LEE
EDEN, joined by the natural mother of the children, BARBARA ANN EDEN,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the~minor children known as BECKY
WHITFIELD and RNONDA WHITFIELD be declared to be the legal children of
the petitioners herein, MICHAEL LEE EDEN and BARBARA ANN EDEN, and

that these children are given the name of BECKY LYNN EDEN and
RIiONDA DENISE EDEN, by which names they shall hereinafter be known and
these children shall be the legal heirs of the petitioners, entitled to
all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of children
born to the petitioners in lawful wedlock.
