KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GERALD S. GILBERT and DAVID
A. McNAMEE, whose address is 4316 Hamilton Street, Hyattsville, Maryland,
as Trustees under the provisions of a certain Trust Agreement known as
the HERM~IN F. BOYER TRUST "D" dated the 9th day of July, 1969, and a
certain Trust Agreement knawn as the HERMAN F. BOYER TRUST "E" dated~the
9th day of July, 1969, acting in pursuance and by virtue of the powers in
us vested by a Deed to GERALD S. GILBERT and DAVID A. McNAMES as Trustees,
from HERMAN F. BOYER AND LEONA MAY BOYER dated the 13th day of November,
1969, recorded in Official Records Book 181, Page 451, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida and of every power and authority to us granted
thereunder, and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good ~
and valuable considerations the receipt of which"is hereby acknawledged, ~
have remised, released and conveyed and do remise, release and forever '
convey to EARL W. BOSSE and HELEN N. BOSSE, his wife, their heirs and ~ ~
assigns forever, all that piece or parcel of land situate in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and described as follows:
