FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on August 16, 1973, upon -
the Petition for adoption filed in this cause and the Consents
of Syroa D. Sickman, natural father of the male minors, Craig
D. Sickman and Randy Thomas Sickman, and Florence E. Sickman
Ellis, natural mother of the male minors, and it appearing to
the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to
adopt the minor children sought to~be adopted, and tYa t the best
interests of the children will be promoted by the adoption and
that the children are suitable for adoption by Petitioner, William
Thomas Ellis, and being otherwise.fully advised in the premises,
Zt is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
l. That the minor child known as CRAIG D. SICI~IAN is
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, WILLIAM THOMAS
ELLIS, and is given the narae of WILLIAM THOMAS ELLIS, JR., by
which name he shall hereafter be known.
2. That the minor child known as RANDY THOMAS SICKMAN
is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, WILLIAM
ZSQi~lAS EI,LIS, and is given the name of RANDY THOMAS ELLIS, by
wl~ich name he shall hereafter be known.
