This cause cam~e on for trial this date and the Court, having ;
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of i
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: E

I~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MAItRIAGE. The marriage between MARY LOUISE ~

~ DOUGLAS and JOHN E. DOUGLAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and ~

! the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds i

~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom. _ ~

2. CUSTODY. Custody of HELEN DOUGLAS, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation
rights awarded to the Husband. ~
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the first day of September, 1973, the ~
~ ~
~ Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
each and every month for the support of the child named above.

4. ALIMONY. Commencing on the first day of September, 1973,
~ ~

~ the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Dollars ~
~
($100.00) each and every month as alimony, for ten (10) years or
~ ~
until the said Wife shall remarry, whichever shall first occur.
