money order or chashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to

keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi.dence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement 1~gs~eement admitted ~
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein b ~ference and the
parties are ordered to cor~ly with the provisions thereof. lhe
Husband, John E. Douglas, by appropriate instruments, shall eonvey
his interest to the Wife, Mary Loui.se Dou~glas, to the home located
at 1001 Kentucky Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Cow~?ty, Florida, and
to the 1972 Chevrolet Impala automobile. That in the event the
Husband, John E. Douglas, fails to execute and deliver to the Wife,
Mary Louise Douglas, all instrwnents conveying his .interest as here- .
inbefore decreed within fifteen (15) days fro~ the date of this ~
Final Jucigment, then, and~in that event, this Jud~nent shall be and
the same is hereby a transfer and conveyance of the Husband*s interest
in the above described real and personal property,
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdietion of this cause, a~ the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
