of the Florida East Cosst Railway and the Esst right ~
of way lines of 01d Dixie Highway, being more par-
ticularly described as follaws:
Beginning at a point marking the intersection of that
certain parcel described in Deed Book 65, Page 224,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
with rhe West right of way line of the FZorida Esst
Coast Railway, thence run South 20° 44'-25" East, a
distance of 1,014.64 feet; thence North 89° 59' 41"
West on a line which is the pro3ection of the center
line of Naco Road, a distance of 59.43 feet to a point
on the East right of way line of Old Dixie Highway;
thence following said East right of way line of Old
Dixie Highway run North 20° 23~ 41" West 615.94 feet;
thence North 15° 21' 41" West, a distance of 384.71
feet; thence run North 89° 25' 19" East 15.49 feet to
the point of beginning. Said described parcel con-
taining 8.45 acres, more or less. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
road and Florida East Coast Railroad right of way. _
and said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful clai.ms of all persons
whomsoever. ~
