(3) OTAER PROVISIONS:
The Court announced the procedure of the Trial would be
as follows: - Selection of a jury, opening statements by Counsel,
swearing of a"viewer" (to be an engineer or surveyor of Petitioner
familiar with the property), view by jury and proceeding to conclu-
sion of trial. The date of taking as to Parcel 106 shall be
March 26, 1973.

. The more complicated parcels will proceed to trial .
first and the testimony both by the Petitioner and then the defen- -
dant as to each parcel will be completed before moving to the
next parcel. Parcel number 106 will proceed last although not
least in t•order of presentme~t. The Court advised the Plaintiffs'
attorneys o remove references to a portion of Parcel #I06 having
previou y b~en deeded to the State by removing same from the linen
; tracings.
