Comes now the Wife, MARY FRANCES HARRISS, and respectfu ly
shows unto the Court as follows:
1. Tha t the Wife filed the above entitled cause on July 6,
1973 but no service of process was ever obtained upon the 8usband,
ROBERT L. HARRISS, at the instance of the Wife.
2. That subsequent to the filing of said action the Husband
was accidentally killed in a boat accident off the shores :of Fort
Pierce, Florida in the A tlantic Ocean.
3. That the Husband filed no appearance, answer or other

~ defensive pleadings in said cause.

WHEREFORE, we pray the above entitled cause be dismissed
at the cost of the Wife.
