J~IMESON, Husband. ~ ~ ~ This cause came on for trial the 17th day of August, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the e~ ~ evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~a ~ the parties and aubject matter of this suit; that the relation ~ ~ ~ A of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; ana that the ~ ~ ~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as followse 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SARAH M. JAI~SON and STEVEN T. JAMESON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. t ~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement ad- i ~ mitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference ~ , and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereo . ~ f ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. SARAH M.
