KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
41HEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and ho]der by assignmenfi of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. t~ Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Bus;ness 'trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 '~nd recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Pvb]ic Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St~. Lucie Co~nty, Florida therein
~ more particularly descri~ed; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated Qctober 4, 1?72, an~ending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
al'so encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
- ModificatiQn of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Recoe•d
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Pubiic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by htortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension AgreemPnt, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 2~6, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
~ WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to relzase the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the morfigaged premises, fram the lien an~ operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TH~'RkFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
