widow of L. T. Dixon, deceased, who died on 23 December 1968, and that she and the
said decedent were continuously married to each other at the time of his death; and ~
that she and the following children born as issue of said marriage, to-wit: C.W.Dixon,
Edna Ellis Wright and Ann Logan Dutschke are the sole heirs at law of the said
L. T. Dixon who died testate in Hardin County, Kentucky.
