THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me upon the motion
- of the plaintiff, THE FIRST STATS BANK OF MIAMI, formerly known
as LITTLE RIVER BANK & TRUST COMPANY, for the entry of a final
judgment against the defendants, E.Z.B. INC., D.A.D. ZNC., EDGEWATEA
RANCI~S, INC., and INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION, and having
considered said motion, the affidavits and other docwnents of
record, heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that plaintiff's motion is granted,
and a final judgcnent is hereby entered for the plaintiff and
against the defer.dants, E.Z.E. INC., D.A.D. INC., EDG~~iATER RANCHES,
INC., and INDIAN RIVER TRF?DING CORPORATION.
