INC., EDGEWATER RA.NCHBS, INC., and INDIAN RIVER TRA~ING CORPORATION, and he is hereby directed to forthwith marshall the assets of the defendants, ~.Z.E. INC., D.A.D, INC.. EDGEin1ATER RANCHSS INC., and INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION, and to offer the same for sale at Public auction until such time as the net proceeds of sale are sufficient to satisfy that certain final judgment rendered for plaintiff in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, under Case No. 67-7634 of February 10, 1969, together with legal $ . ~ interest ther+eon, which final judgment is recorded in Official ~ F Records Book 175 at page 2321, Public Records of Saint Lucie ~ County, Florida, and to promptly render his report unto the Court upon the completion of this appointment. ~ ~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the defendants E.Z.E. INC., D.A.D.
