This cause was heard after notice upon the Petitioner's demand for
temporary relief while this cause is pending. The Court having heard the evidence
presented and the stipulations of the attorneys for the parties, and being fully
advised, it is:
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties are enjoined and restrained
from coming about, molesting, harming or annoying each other.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED A ND ADJUDGED that the Respondent is
ordered aad directed to remove himself and his personal effects from the dwelliag ~
presently jointly owned by the parties located at RT. 1 Box 44, ~t. Pierce,
Florida; and that Petitioner shall have sole possession of the same from August
18, 1973, at ~ PM o'cloc~.
