SUBOROINATION
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AN!ERICA, INC., a Tennessee corporation, as a developer,
hereby does subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of
the Oeclaration of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in OR ok Zs to the lien and encumberance created by
a mortgage instrument dated ~ 1972 between Mar aret Friedline
and Jensen Beach Bank
on the fo owing described real estate: pR 2~ 7_ a!~O
Lot ~~_Section II , in that certain condominium known -
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC. AT NETTLES ISLAND, as
shown by plat recorded in the office of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, page
1:1A through 1J. .

to be executed in its name and its corporate seal to be hereunto fixed, by its pro-
