ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMpT
This cause came on to be heard on August 14, 1973 on
Wife's Motion for Contempt Order, and the Court having heard the
testimony of the Husband and the Wife, and both parties being
represented by counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, °

It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband is

in arrears in child support payments in the sum of Four Hundred
($400.00) Dollars and that the Husband has violated the Restraining ~
t
i
provisions of Paragraph 4(e) of the Final Judgment entered February ~
2, 1972.
2. The Court finds that the Husband has failed to pay
the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of Zwvo Hundred ~

! Forty-Five ($245.00) Dollars on the fees awarded in Paragra~h

t 4(d) of the Final Judgment entered February 2, 1972 and that the

~ law fii'im of Willes, Bittan & Willes has incurred additional ;

~ Sheriff's service expense for service of the Motion for Contempt ~

' 3. The Husband, JOHN A. I~iMPFF, is hereby held in `

contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve five (5) full days ~

; in the County Jail of St. Lucie County, Florida; said sentence =

: (a) Commencing Friday, August 17, 1973 the Husband ~

shall pay to the Clerk of this Court Thirty-Five ($35.00) Dollars
