of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars and One ($1.00) Dollar as
statutory cost. The Clerk of this Court shall promptly remit all
payments to JOSEPHINE L. IQyMPFF at 1005 Martinique Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida. Both of the parties are Ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
(b) The Husband shall not enter on the ~roperty at
1005 Martinique Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida and shall not
haras.s the Wife from neighboring property or on the telephone.
4. In the event that the Husband is committed to the.
County Jail of St. Lucie County, Florida for failing to make the
payments specified in Paragraph 3(a) above, he may purge himself and
terminat~ that commitment by payment of all sums in arrears.
5. The Husband shall pay to the law firm of Willes. _
Bittan & Wi:lles the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five ($245.00)
DolZars as attorneys fees previously Ordered paid by this Court
together with court costs of Seven ($7.50) Dollars and 50/100
for a total sum of Two Hundred Fifty-~o ($252.50) Dollars and

j 50/100.
` 6. Upon failure of the Husband to meet either of the

~ conditions specified in Paragraph 3 above; upon filing with this

~ Court of an Affidavit to that effect, a Commitment Order will be

~ issued without further notice to the Husband, JOHN A. IQ~MPFF.

7. The Sheriff of St. L-ucie County, Florida is directed

to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary in
