This matter coming on to be heard on trial on the wife's petition for
Modification of the ~nal Judgment, the husg~nd having withdrawn his petition for
modification in open court, and the Court having heard testimony of the parties and their
respective wituesses, and the Court having hea.rd argument of counsel and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. The petition for m odification by the wife is hereby denied.
2. The Division of Youth Services is herewith directed to make an investigation
to determine whether or not Glenda Faye Summerlin and Timothy .Allen Summerlin are
children who need supervision and to report their find :ngs ~o the Juvenile Judge James
; E. Alderman with a written statement of their findings to be filed with this Court.
' 3. Commencing the 7th day of August, 1973, Charles Ramsey Summerlin

~ shall pay to Dorothy Ellen Summerlin the sum of $10. 00 each and every week, for the

~ support of the child named above.

~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to Dorothy Ellen Summerlin . In additlon there is hereby assessed the sum
' of $1. 00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
