MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Virginia S. Hilson, a widow, did on June 21, 1973
make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America,
which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 215, at page 2719,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which
mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
The South 95 feet of the North 475 feet of the East 194
feet of the West 235 feet of the $W 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range
40 East
as security for an original principal debt of $28,1Q0 evidenced
by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said
mortgage deed; and
WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said
mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually
agreed that said mortgage shall be modif ied and amended so as to
correct the error in description;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other
good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and
promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to
the other paid, Virginia S. Hilson, a widow, hereinafter called
the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, agree as follows:
1. That the mortgage deed dated June 21, 1973, and recorded
in O. R. Book 215, at page 2719 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected
so that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage
~ shall be as follows:
~ The South 95 feet of the North 475 feet of the East 194
; feet of the West 234 feet of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of the N~9 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range ~
40 East. -
~ 2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph ,
1 above is hereby and herewith made a part of said mortgage as though
it had been originally described and incorporated therein.
3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or
amend said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and
the mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as
modified and amended. .

hands and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents to
