Road which was granted by Central and Southern
FZorida Flood Control Diatrict to Raymond L. • ~
Hampton by the instrwnent which it executed on ~
February 5, 1962, and is recorded in Official Record
Book 29 at page 596, public records of St. Lucie
County.
SUBJSCT, HOWEVER, to the easemen~ for a gas trans-
mission line which traverses the Northeasterly
portion of the said land, and the rights of Central
and Southern Florida Flood Control District, if any,
to ari easement upon the North 50 feet of the South
150 feet of said Section 33.
The~land hereby conveyed having a net area of 249.20
j acres .
And said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same aqainst the Iawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
