The maker of this note shall have the right at any time during the year 1973 to prepay the whole amount due without penalty and shall have the right after January 1, 1974, to prepay this note in whole or in part without t ~er.alty; provided, however, that any prepayinent shall be applied first in payment of interest then accrued and next upon the principal of the several installments prescribed above in the reverse order of their maturities. i € In case the maker of this note shall at any time ' I ~ ~ defa~ilt in the payment of any sum of principal or interest ~ ~ due and remain in such default for more than thirty days, ~ the payee shall have the right, at his option, to.declare the entire balance of principal and interest owing upon this note to be immediately due and payable.
