Court a daily report for June 12, 1973, which shows the noCation of a
deduction due to the hose falling on the drou:~, llefendant also presented
a staLement by the Be,aver Service Station Pump Repairs that in fact the
nozzle was dar.:a~e3 and the written agrecinent that the Defendant will be
responsible for all damages. As a.matter of law, the plaintiff cannot
recover. It is upon
