Ttie defendant rented an apartment from Che plaintiff. Subsequently,
after fifteen days notice, the rent was raised. 1'his Court finds, as a
matter of laW, when there fs no lease this procedure is proper.
The controversy cenCers around a missing stove. ltie defendant left
on the 9th and never redelivered the keys to the apartment. On the llth,
the plaintiff re-entered the apartment and found the stove missing. This
Conrt finds, as a matter of law, the defendant responsible.
A counter-claim was filed alleging storage. 1he testimony showed
the merchandise was being utilized by the defendant and factually is
prevented from recovery. it is upon
