DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~

?bis cause came on for trial the ~ o'~ day of gust,
1973, upon the Petition of the Wife and the Answer and aiver
of the Husband, and the Court, having given full con ration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: ~This Court has
jnrisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage between the parties,is irretrievably
brokea aad should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follaws:
1. The marriage between JAM~S W. SNEED, JR. and JULIE
8. S~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existinq between them and from the abligations arising ~
therefra~.
2. Custody of JAMES MICHAEL SNEED, JEFFREY DOUGIAS SNEED,
!
~IRA KA'~T~~?N SL~ED and NICOLE EI,IZABETH SNEED, minor children of ~
the part~es, is awarded jointly to the Husband and Wife, but the
children shall initially reside with the Husband, JAMES W. SNEED, JR., i

subject to the provisions of the Separation and Property Settlement ~
