EXECUTORS' DEED
The Grantors, EXCHANGE NATIONAL BANK OF WINTER HAVEN
and ROBERT V. HUFF, as executors of the estate of Norman V. Huff, ,~5~;~
deceased, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable
considerations received from the Grantee, hereby grant and convey
_ to the Grantee, WHITAKER GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation whose

real property described on atta.ched Exhibit A.
. The Grantors covenant that they are the duly appointetl
executors of the estate of Norman V. Huff, deceased, that as of
the date of this deed they are serving in that capacity, and that
this conveyance is made pursuant to an Order ot Court entered by
the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk
County, Florida, Probate Division, in the administration proceed-
ings for the estate of Norman V. Huff, deceased, File No. 33042.
