who being first duly sworn, deporea and eays;

as grantor, to "Dominic B. Cimino and Diane Cimina, hia wife",
as grantees, dated April 26, 1972, dated August 8, 1972,
in officisl Records Book 204, Page 2955 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida conveying the following described
property to wit:

to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 13 at Pages 31, 31-A
through 31-C, Public Recorde,
St. Lncie County, Florida.
2. That in fact the grantees in said deed set forth in paragraph 1
ahove are not husband and wife but are father and daughter.
