and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of
natural growtti and other obstructions on the abov~e described lands
to such a height so as not to exceed 50 feet above qround level or
88 feet above mean sea level, whichever is lawer, or receiv~e
approval for a greater height by subauttal of FAA Form ~460-1 to
the Federal Aviation Administration.
4. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands
which shall interfere with or adversely affect the operation or
maintenance of the St. Lucie County Airport.

5. If the Grantee does not constr.uct on sas.d lot a steel
building containing not less than 3,4~0 square feet meeting the build-
ing requirements of St. Lucie County within ane {1) year from the
date of this conveyance, the Grantee shali reconvey said lot tfl
the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to the Grantee the purchase
price. ~
