4. That the marriage between the Petitioner,
CAMILLA BERNICE LASHER, and the Respondent, GALE EUGENE LASHER,
be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and
each of them ~re :ierz~iy fore~re~ fre~ zro~n tha bon~s of natri-
mony heretofore existing between them, and the obligations

arising therefrom. ,
5. That the Husband is awarded the real prop-
erty and mobile home located thereon in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:-
Lot 7, Block 6, Green Acres Unit
Three S/D, St. Lucie County, Florida -
1965 "Stewa" Mobile Home ID 1552100998 -
Husband-Respondent shall assume payments for all encumbrances
thereon. Wife shall execute a Quit Claim Deed and Bill of Sale
to the said real and personal property relinquishing all right,
title and interest which she may have in same. Upon her
failure to do so, this Or~er will act as an automatic convey-
ance of her title, right and interest in the mobile home and
real property described above.

j 6. That the PetitionAr-~~Tife is granted the care,
; custody and control of the parties' minor child, CHRISTINE MARIE
LASHER, born May 28th, 1957, subject to the reasonable visitation
rights of Husband.
