O R D E R .
This cause coming on to be heard on that portion of the
Wife's Petition seeking temporary alimony and temporary attorneys'
fees and the Court having heard testimony of the parties hereto
and their counsel and argument of counsel for the respective
parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Commencing the 17th day of August, 1973, AAMILTON H.
FLOYD shall pay to LILI,IAN H. FLOYD, the sum of Z~ao Hundred
($200.00) Dollars each and every week for her support pending
the Fina2 Hearing in the above entitled cause.
2. T'he Court determines that the sum of One Hundred Fif ty
($150.00) Dollars be a reasonable temporary fee for the Wife's
attorney for his services herein and F~MILTON H. FLOYD is ordered
to pay to the said attorney, Tsrrol S. willes of the law firm of

f Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum. _
