This cause coming on to be heard on August 16, I973 at
11:00 o'clock a.m. on that portion of the Wife's Petition
seeking attorneys' fees and Court costs per~counsel of record -
for the Wife and the Court having heard testimony of the parties
hereto and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. T'he Court determines the sum of ~ao Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife`s attorneys' services
herein and DO1~LD E. YAWN is ordered to pay to said attorney
said sum together with costs herein assessed at $35.00 in the
manner following: $5.00 on Friday, August 24, 1973 and $5.00
on each and every week thereafter until the full sum of $235.00
; has been paid to the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Wi1les, Fort
' Pierce, Florida.
