This cause coming on to be heard on August 17, 1973 on
the order of the Court to show cause if any why the husband,
JOHN WILLIAM METZGER, should not be held in contempt for his
failure to make child support payments to the wife; for his
failure to transfer the 1967 Honda Motorcylce into the wife's
name and for the husband's f ailure to pay attorneys fees to the
wife's attorney in the amount of $303.00.
1. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, JOHN WILLIAM
METZGSR is found to be in contempt of court for his failure to
make child support payments to the wife; transfer the 1967 Iionda
Motorcycle into the wife's name and for his failure to pay
attorneys fees in the amount of $303.00 to Rupert Jasen Smith,
all in accordance with the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage
dated Ju ly 5, 1973.
2. IT IS FURTfIER ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that the husband,
JOHN WILLIAM METZGER, having been found in contempt of this
Court is hereby sentenced to ,~,_days in the St. Lucie County
Jai 1.
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED tYiat the husband,
' JOHN WILLIAM METZGER, may purge himself from contempt and that said
sentence imposed in paragraph 2 will suspend in the event that
the husband, JOHN WILLIAM ME'.r'LGffit, pay to the wife $20.00 a
week child support beginning August 17, 1973, $15.00 being child
support payments and $5.00 being arrearages; immedi ately transfer

~ the ].967 Honda motorcycle into the wife's name; and by making
$I.0.00 a week payments to the wife's attorney, Rupert Jasen
Smith, starting august 24, 1973. The wife is also to pick up
