parties stipulated to permit the car to be inapected by an independent party. ~

The Court, having supervised the inspection, naw makes the following coam~ents
of fact and law:
1. The automobile was damaged while in the posaeasion of the defendant
who should be responsible for all damages caused by them,
2, The automobile has been partially repaired at the expense of the
defendant. ~
3. T'he autamobile is an older model.
4, Broken motor mounts and an inept shifting mechanism problem are
directly attributed to old age wear and tear.
S. The defendant should be responaible for the costs of repairing the
muffler and other parts of the exhaust system. ;
