1. Affiants state that they are one aad the same individuals
as reflected in that certain final judgment dissolution of marriage dated
April 23, 2"973, recorded in C.A. ?3-146 of the public records of Martin
County, Florida.
2. That William R. Dewson and Barbara B. Dewson are
one and the same individuals as held title to the above referenced property
as husband and wife by reason of that certain Warranty Deed dated October 10,
1966, recorded OR Book 158, page 35, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wnerein David W. Beane a:.~l Verna G. Beane, his wife, -
are reflected as grantors and your affiants William R. Dewson and Allie
B. Dewson, his wife, are reflected as grantees. ;
3. That affiant Allie B. Dewson is also known as Barbara B.
Dewson.
Further, affiants sayeth not.
