FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ay of August ~ s

1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; ~hat the relation of husband ~
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
- the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as ~ollows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MICHAEL ANDREW
SHULTS, Husband, and DIANA ELAINE SHULTS, Wife, be and the same is
hereb`y dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby~~forever i
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~

and from the obligations arising therefrom. '
2. CUSTODY. Custody of RICHARD GERARD SHULTS and JONATHAN
MICHAEL SHULTS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
~ the Wife, DIANA ELAINE SIiULTS, with reasonable visitation rights re- ;
served to the Husband, MICHAEL ANDREW SHULTS.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the~2~~day of ,1973,
the Husband, MZCHAEL ANDREW SHULTS, shall pay to th ife, DIANA
ELAINE SHULTS, the sum of $35.00 each and every week for the support ;

of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the wife. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to~the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing ~nd residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect. ~
