DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of August,
1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence,finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; the relation of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; the marriage
between the parties ~s irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows: , D~
l. The Default previously entered by the Clerk of this
Court on June 1, 1973 is ratified and confirmed.

~ 2. The marriage between CAROL RAY WILLIAMS and LYAIDA
~ WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matritnony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
3. LYNDA WILLIAMS be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of LI1~IDA LOUISE BERGENROTH, and to use the
same in all respects as if the marriage had not intervened.
4. The Wife's prayer for attorneys fees is denied,

but the Husband is Ordered to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
