For value received, 1, we, or eithe~ of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of
HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at thgir offiqe in ~ort Pierue, Florida, the sum of =~$~..,QQ_
with interest from date at the rate of $.0 96 per annum, in monthly installments as follows:

Each ir~stallment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balanc,e
of the p~incipa) sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining insta((ments sha(I be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment matvrity date, but this shaU not extend
the time of maturiq of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, ~or acceptance by the holder
hereof afier any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice ot protest for non-payment, and fu~ther agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
or aher maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
~ ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and her~by severatly waives alt benefit of homestead and
exemption under the ~onstitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
