~~ielded. The amount owed by the Buyer to the Grower for the early and mid-seagon fruit will be the pricepe r pound of solids thus
arrived at, times the pounda of solids yielded by the early and mid-season iruit delivered to and received by the Buyer from the
Grower. From this Snal price there shall be deducted, befo.e payment, any cost of picking. loading. or transporting that may be due
to the Buyer and less any advances made and less the proportionate amount of aay State or Federal t~ megaured by the amount.of
fruit bought or proces9ed by Buyer. Payment due at such time wilt be made within 30 days of its determination.
