by ther um ~j g~llon~:jrie by all of the early and mid-season truit received trom all sources. Then, ihe per pound solids

ppTiers equally be arrived at by dividing such total price 6y the number of pounds of solids in the total gallons
yielded. The amount ovred by the Buyer to the Grower for the early and mid-season iruit will be the pricepe r pound of solids thus
•~rrived at, times the pounds of solids yielded by the early and mid-season frai! deli~~ered to and received by the Buyer ftom the
Grower. F~om this finel price there shall 6e deducted, be[ore payment, any eost o[ picking, laadiag. or transporting that may be due
to the Buyer and less any advances made and less the proportionate amount of any Stete or Federal tax me8sured by the amount of
fruit bought or processed by Buyer. Payment due at sqch time will be made within 30 days ot its determination.
