THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned
Judge of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the
record, a jury having been e~ressly waived by the parties; '
and, the Court fincling that it has jurisdiction over the
subject matter and of the parties; and, having reviewed
and approved the Petition submitted by EARL CUMMINS, as
father and natural guardian of the minor Plaintiff, STEPH~I '
CUMMINS, and having approved the settlement for the minor
! Plaintiff, the Court finds in favor of the Plaintiffs~and

~ against the Defendants; and, being fully advised in the
j premises, it is thereupon,
