THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard for trial
without jury on August 10, 1973, upon the former wife's .
Motion to iiold in Contempt, and the Court having heard
testimony from the parties, having heard argument of counsel #

therein, and having given full consideration to the former ~
wife's motion, it is, ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the fornoer husband, ROBERT E. ELLIS, ~
is hereby.found to be delinquent in the payment of child
support to his former wife, SANDRA HAMILTON, in ~ccordance
with the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered ~
~
i
February 7, 1972, and the former husband, ROBERT E. ELLIS,
~
is therefore accordingly found to be in contempt of Court. ;

xowever, sentence is withheld at this time upon the specific
provision that ROBERT E. ELLIS has paid to his former wife,
SA.~IDRA HAA!ILTON, the sum of $625.00 this date, said payment ~
{
catching up all back supnort payments due and owing to the ±
~

former wife. The former husband, ROBERT E. ELLIS, is further ~
ordered to continue to make regular $25.00 weekly support ~
payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the future,

and should it be brought to this Court's attention that said
,
~ payments are not made on a timely basis, this Court wiZl then ~
