WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into thia Z y~ day of
July, 1973, BETWEEN
JOHN L. LESTER an d RUTH W. LESTER, his wife,
of~the County of St. Lucie, State.of Florida, parties of the
first part, and
FREDERICK Z. PEARSON, a single man, of the County of Broward,
State of Florida, whose Post Office address is:

party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of_the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other
good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the said

Subject to Mortgage held by The Prudential Insurance Company of America,
